We hand select frames to compliment our artworks. We display an example of one frame from our selection on our website. Bespoke framing is available upon request. Our sales manager will forward your request to our framing consultant who will present you with our framing options for your desired artwork. DELIVERY
​
Delivery in the Uk is complimentary. Your purchased art will be delivered to your desired address by our couriers within 2 weeks unless specified otherwise. You will receive a tracking number once our courier receives your artwork so you will know when to expect your delivery. If delivering internationally, we will give you an estimated delivery timescale once we have your delivery address. All buyers outside of the UK will pay an additional charge for delivery based on their location.

PACKAGING
​
We have been creating, selling and delivering fine artworks for over 20 years. We will ensure that no matter where your artwork is being delivered that it will get there beautifully packaged and in perfect condition. It will be wrapped in a mixture of foam, cling wrap, bubble wrap and if necessary airbags and boxes.

RETURNS
​
Unless otherwise stated all artworks are bespoke and / or personalised and are made to order. Therefore we do not accept any returns; please be sure of your decision before making a purchase. We are confident you will love your artwork. Please refer to our terms and conditions for more information.

CERTIFITCATES
​
Authenticity is evidenced in two different ways for each artwork. The first is a printed and signed by the artist certificate of authenticity detailing a description of the artwork, the specification. The second method of evidencing authenticity is through utilising a QR code which is embedded within the artwork. VOUCHERS
​
If you have purchased or been gifted with a Jai Sol Art voucher you can present your voucher code to our sales manager during the ordering process. The value of your voucher will be deducted from the price of your chosen artwork.
