Overview

We are inviting a professional organisation or company to partner with us in delivering Liberation Street — a powerful cultural art experience combined with a networking initiative designed to open meaningful conversations about female visibility in culture, society, and the workplace.

The event will showcase beautiful, thought-provoking artworks by UK-based artist Jai Sol, who brings over 20 years of international exhibition experience across the UK and Asia. Alongside our team and our event partner, AURA Conscious Connecting, we aim to offer Manchester a truly unique and engaging experience that merges art, storytelling, and connection.

Purpose of Partnership

The partnership is not limited to financial sponsorship. It is also an opportunity to:

  • Support an important cultural and social initiative led by artists and women-led teams.

  • Help us establish credibility for a pioneering new art experience that takes art directly to people, outside of the traditional gallery setting.

  • Contribute to an inclusive platform that encourages dialogue, learning, and collaboration between women, businesses, and communities across Manchester.

Your involvement will help us create an open, creative environment where art becomes a bridge between people and ideas, empowering conversation and awareness around visibility and equality.

Scope of Sponsorship

The sponsorship will cover the two-day launch event in April 2026 in Manchester.

Your brand will be prominently featured in:

  • All printed and digital marketing materials

  • Social media campaigns and press coverage

  • On-site branding and visual displays during the event

  • The Liberation Street website and future promotional media

In addition, we will host several pop-up showcases following the launch; however, these will not form part of the current sponsorship package.

Funding Allocation

The sponsorship contribution will primarily support:

  • Venue hire and event logistics

  • Creation of new artworks (up to 12 pieces)

  • Marketing, outreach, and promotional campaigns

  • Event management, photography, and media coverage

Funds will be distributed across three stages:

  • Stage 1: December 2025 – January 2026

  • Stage 2: February – March 2026

  • Stage 3: April 2026

Community and Outreach Impact

Our outreach will personally engage up to 2,000 professionals, individuals, and community leaders over a four-month period, primarily within Manchester city and parts of Greater Manchester. All invitations to the Liberation Street Network Launch will be free of charge, ensuring open access and encouraging participation from a wide and diverse audience.

Our approach includes direct meetings and curated previews to build meaningful relationships and ensure that each attendee connects deeply with the message and vision of Liberation Street.

Artworks and Merchandise

During the Liberation Street Network Launch, a selection of poster prints from the collection will be available for purchase. Guests will also have the opportunity to commission or acquire framed original pieces made to order following the event.

In addition, we will be introducing the limited-edition Liberation Street book, featuring the full collection, artist insights, and stories behind the characters. This made-to-order publication will be available to guests and collectors as part of our ongoing effort to share the art and its message beyond the exhibition.

All proceeds from the sales of merchandise will be allocated toward future events and the creation of experiential art displays in Manchester for a national event.

Why Partner with Liberation Street

  • Align your organisation with a socially conscious, women-led initiative.

  • Gain visibility among diverse professional and creative communities.

  • Be part of a pioneering event redefining how art connects with society.

  • Support the development of new cultural spaces in Greater Manchester.

Next Steps

We would like to arrange a formal meeting in person to discuss the budget and sponsorship fee directly.

This will allow us to present two sponsorship options one supporting the Liberation Street launch event as it stands, and another offering the opportunity to sponsor a second iteration of the event featuring a series of public and satellite exhibitions across Greater Manchester following the launch.
