A Certificate of Authenticity proving the authenticity of the work and containing details about the artwork for the collector's reference will be sent by post.
Our Certificate of Authenticity contains the following information:
1. Name of artwork
3. Dimensions of artwork
4. Limited Edition # of # (if this applies to your work),
5. The DATE/MONTH/YEAR the artwork was purchased
6. Jai Sol's hand-written signature
Delivery & Insurance
Our Standard turnaround time is 5 - 10 working days.
Orders are sent for delivery on Monday-Friday 8am - 5:30pm as standard. Saturday delivery can be selected at the checkout and will incur an additional charge. Saturday deliveries are delivered between 8am - 12pm.
We aim to dispatch your order within 5 - 10 working days of receipt. If a digital proof is required please allow an extra day for processing.
We use DPD and Parcel Force couriers carry out all our deliveries. Both companies provide a time slot delivery by text or email. All UK mainland deliveries are dispatched on a next working day service. Due to carrier restrictions, delivery to the Scottish Highlands and Northern Ireland will incur an additional charge and may take an extra day for delivery. Please select this delivery option when processing the order to avoid any delay.
All shipments are insured. Please CHECK your delivery before signing for it. If any of our products have been damaged in transit, refuse delivery with the courier. If this is not possible please notify us within 48hrs so that we can start a claim process and look to reproduce your order as soon as possible.
You should keep all packaging and/or artwork as found and notify us within 48hrs of the item arriving in damaged condition to be eligible for a claim or exchange. In most cases photographic evidence is required of any damage, in order to process a claim.
In the event that you receive an order with an issue or error you must notify us within 48hrs of the item arriving. We will require photographic evidence to raise this with the relevant team internally and to get your order re-processed. We will endeavour to repair or remake any products as soon as possible.
