I have been very forunate to come from a family who practiced in ancient folklore and sciane,in particualr from india. From day one we are taught to love and support nature as nature will support us.

I witness the art of ayrvedi in so many area of my experiences eithin the culture both in the uk and india. The inaidan havce this incredible knowlegde of body mind and spirit and concepts reliting to cosumtions, partocual in food. Its beautiful message that the world can relate to and ude it in their own way to eat better, more materials that are made o enhance thand heal the body. I thin in todays world with our fastfood lifestyles this is an intergral part in living a concoius existant, deloping displines and feel fantasic, peacful in the mind and body.
